The motto of the 24-7 community in Neubrandenburg is “Mach was Schoenes”, which translates as, “Make something beautiful“. Working in one of Germany‘s poorest neighbourhoods since 2007, the majority of the Polylux community lives on the same block, sharing corporate prayer times, meals and serving the community together, renting a local space where they (amongst other things) host a Prayer Room.
The Community has birthed anon-profit charity, which seeks to help shape and empower their community, committing to the social, spiritual and cultural concerns of the people around them.
