We’re releasing an all‑new version of the Inner Room app; redesigned to help you pray for the things that matter to you, and return to prayer more often.
Inner Room is part of the wider 24‑7 Prayer movement and echoes a physical prayer room that so many of us are familiar with, but it’s built for something deeply personal: your own prayers, shaped around your life, your concerns, and your relationship with God.

Inner Room gives you a simple, customisable prayer space where you can gather everything you want to pray for in one place. You can organise prayers into pots, return to them over time, and pray with clarity and intention without rushing, scrolling, or distraction.

At the start of Inner Room is a short daily prayer from 24-7 Prayer: a simple way to start and focus your attention on God. From there, you can pray in the way that feels most natural to you.
Guided prayers are available to support different seasons of life; times of celebration, uncertainty, grief, or change, while still leaving room for personal, honest prayer in your own words.
You can personalise your space with colours, use gentle instrumental music as you pray, and set reminders that fit your day. Inner Room can be shaped around how you pray, not the other way around.
Prayer doesn’t have to stay private. Inner Room also lets you share a prayer with someone else, making it easier to ask for prayer, pray for others, and keep showing up for the people and situations that matter.
