The House of Prayer in Dordrecht is situated in the old centre of the city. It is a place where we build a rhythm of continuous (24/7) dedication by mobilising people to pray and worship in unity. So that God’s presence becomes visible and hearts awaken to surrender.
It is a place for inidividual prayers, for prayers in groups, for intercessors and worship groups. Through prayer we see God move in this city, We long for a united church, hearts that awaken to the gospel and justice in society.
This House of Prayer started with the vision of a one week 24/7 prayer in the city. The beginning of the permanent place of prayer was born. Jeroen and Tineke Geertsma started this and God has confirmed that He wants to be prayed and worshipped from this place.
