We are a small group of Christians who want to establish a new-monastic community in Brussels. Our goal is to share our lives, maintain spiritual rhythms and disciplines together (prayer, reflection, fasting), and serve others—to deepen each person’s own faith and to express a growing love for God and others.
In late 2021, a small group of households formed around the goal of establishing an urban monastery in Brussels. Since then, the community has developed its identity, rhythms and network, while being on the lookout for a building to become rooted in a Brussels neighbourhood. The group currently consists of five households, from evangelical and Catholic backgrounds, totalling nine adults and 9 children.
