Delta House of Prayer is a praying community and a network who gathers people from several different denominations for prayer. We have a prayer room in the house of the Moravian Church, right in the city center.
We love to create creative prayer rooms, to inspire the body of Christ to pray in new, old or different ways, in all circumstances of life. We have a passion for ”God in everyday life” and believe that if you start with prayer it will lead into mission and justice.
A lot happened back in 2014, when God brought together people with different church backgrounds to start doing interdenominational 24-7 Prayer weeks in Gothenburg. Since then we’ve kept on dreaming, seeking God, dreaming and building what we now call a House of Prayer for the city.
We might have grown slowly, but always tried to remain faithful to the vision, to build a loving community and to keep on gathering the people of Gothenburg for prayer.
