Cornerstone City Church hosts weekly Wednesday morning prayer gatherings from 7:15am to 8:00am, welcoming people from across the church and wider community to come together in prayer. These gatherings are a time to seek God’s heart, pray for the needs of our church and city, and believe together for a fresh move of His Spirit. Whether you’re a regular member of the church or simply looking for a place to pray, everyone is welcome to join us.
These weekly prayer gatherings first launched in January 2025 as part of the church’s ‘Month of Prayer’ and were originally intended to run for just one month. However, as people experienced the power and encouragement of gathering together in prayer, it became clear that the meetings should continue.
With a shared belief in the transforming power of corporate prayer and its ability to bring hope, change, and renewal to both the church and the wider city, the group has continued to meet every Wednesday morning. What began as a month-long initiative has grown into a committed community of people seeking God’s heart and faithfully praying for their church, their neighbours, and the city they call home.
