The Gathering ’25 will be held in the town of Esslingen.
If coming via train you will likely need to go via Stuttgart Central Train Station which has direct routes from many stations in Germany and beyond, including Paris.
Once in Stuttgart, it is a 20 minute tram journey on the S1 line to reach Esslingen train station. To get to the venue from Esslingen train station it is a 15 minute walk.
The closest airport to the venue is Stuttgart airport, less than an hour’s journey from Esslingen. To reach Esslingen from Stuttgart airport you can take the 122 bus, or catch the S2 tram to Rohr where you must switch to the S1 tram to Esslingen.
Other nearby airports include Frankfurt am Main, Baden-Baden, Nuremberg and Memmingen.
Coming from the UK: there are multiple direct flights from London Heathrow to Stuttgart each day, as well as occasional direct flights from Manchester & Edinburgh. For most other UK airports, it is possible to go to Stuttgart via Amsterdam.
Coming from outside of Europe: for those coming from further afield, there are limited direct flight options to Stuttgart. However, nearby Frankfurt am Main is a much larger international airport. From Frankfurt there are regular trains to Stuttgart Central Train Station which take less than 90 minutes.

The Gathering is an annual event run by 24-7 Prayer that brings together people from across the international movement with a passion to revive the church and rewire the culture through non-stop night and day prayer, mission and justice. In 2025 we will be gathering in the town of Esslingen, near Stuttgart, for a time of prayer, worship and teaching as we join from different countries to share together and seek God’s presence. The Gathering ’25 will be an in-person event, but also live-streamed if you can’t join us in person.
Every year at The Gathering, we host a legendary party, and as part of the fun, individuals and groups bid hundreds of pounds for homemade items. The funds we raise travel all around the world to support what God is doing. In the past, your generosity has paid rent for single mums, supported the growth of new 24-7 Prayer teams, sent the good news of Jesus where it’s needed most, and so much more.

Information regarding day tickets will be released closer to the event. It is not always possible to release day tickets if venue capacity is reached by full event ticket holders.

The Gathering ’25 will start on the evening of Thursday 30 October, and end on the evening of Saturday 1 November (exact timings are to be confirmed and may be subject to change).
There are plenty of hotels around the venue and private rentals available in the wider area. The 24-7 Prayer team will be staying at the Leonardo Hotel Esslingen.

Germany has been part of the 24-7 Prayer movement from the early beginnings, with the Moravian community in Herrnhut inspiring the very first 24-7 Prayer Room. Next year, the 24-7 Prayer Germany Team is inviting us to join them in the Stuttgart region, where some of them are based.
Stuttgart, the heart of Swabia, offers an exciting mix of culture, scenic vineyards, and legendary engineering as the home of Porsche and Mercedes-Benz. The nearby Esslingen enchants visitors with medieval streets and timber-framed houses. Known for its unique Christmas Market and hillside vineyards, Esslingen combines history, tradition, and stunning views which creates a captivating atmosphere.
