Can you imagine a generation of young people rising up, carrying the conviction that Europe is not post-Christian, but pre-revival? Pete Greig, founder of the 24-7 Prayer Movement, often shares a stirring vision of dry bones coming to life—an image of a vast army of young people awakened by the Spirit of God, ready to transform the spiritual landscape of Europe.
A class of rising revivalists from a Revive Discipleship Training School, being run in partnership by YWAM Berlin and Revive Europe Movement, with contributions for 24-7 Prayer, attended the 24-7 Prayer Gathering in Rotterdam in October, and they were deeply moved by the call to wake up the church. Drawing from Ezekiel’s prophecy of dry bones and Joel’s promise that God will pour out His Spirit on all flesh, students were encouraged to believe in revival and rise up in faith-filled hope.
While skeptics might say Europe is too far gone—pointing to its secularism and slow-growing rates of Christianity—Pete Greig’s vision paints a different picture. It is one of spiritual renewal, where dry bones find new life, and an army of young revivalists stand boldly for Jesus. Friends of Revive Europe Movement, inspired by this vision, have seen “little fires” of awakening ignited across the continent. They are carrying the faith that God is preparing Europe for a fresh outpouring of His Spirit.
At the end of 2024, Revive Europe Movement will host thousands of hungry students and young adults from 86+ nations at the Tauron Arena in Krakow, Poland. They will gather to fix their eyes on Jesus and call on Him to bring revival. Inspired by the imagery of dry bones coming to life, participants will stand together, praying and preparing the way for Jesus to revive hearts, campuses, and communities across Europe.
The theme of Revive Conference 2024, “Prepare the Way of the Lord,” takes inspiration from John the Baptist’s call for repentance and bold witness. It is a prophetic declaration to lay the groundwork for a mighty move of God, where hearts are revived, and the Spirit breathes new life into what once seemed spiritually barren.
Through Bible teaching, worship, prayer, testimonies, and seminars, Revive 2024 will connect and equip young revivalists. It’s a call to consecration—a time to lay down idols, release forgiveness, and step into the freedom and fullness of a God-given identity. Participants will leave empowered to be catalysts for change, ready to carry revival beyond Krakow and into every sphere of life.
From 28 December, 2024, to 1 January 2025, don’t miss the opportunity to be part of this gathering of little fires from across Europe in Krakow, Poland. For more information, visit ReviveEurope.org, contact info@reviveeurope.org, or follow @reviveeurope on Instagram for updates.
