Select the time slot you would like to book. Adjust the duration you would like to pray for and select whether you would like to have this slot once/daily/weekly in “Repeat Options.” Click “Book.” Click “Finish.”
Select the person icon in the top right of the screen and log in. Again, select the person icon in the top right of the screen. Click “My Bookings.” A screen will appear with your future bookings.
You can select a slot to repeat once, weekly or daily. Select the slot you would like to repeat. When the pop-up appears select “Repeat Options.” Select whether you would like the slot to repeat “Daily” or “Weekly.” Press “OK.” Select “Finish.”
No. Select the slot you would like to fill. Select “Proceed as Guest” in the pop up. Fill out your details as requested by the form. Tick that you have read the terms and conditions and click “Book as Guest.” Keep in mind that if you book as a guest you cannot access the My Bookings page. Neither can you edit or delete your bookings later. You must log in to access these features.
If you have booked to pray as a guest, you cannot edit your booking later. If you logged in to make the booking, then you can. Select the slot you would like to change. Click “Edit” in the pop-up that appears. Click “Change Duration” and use the red arrows to change the number of hours you are praying for. Click “Okay” and “Update” to save.
If you have booked to pray as a guest, you cannot delete your booking later. If you logged in to make the booking, you can. Select the slot you would like to change. Click “Edit” in the pop-up that appears. Click “Delete” and your slot will be removed. Press “Finish.”
Yes. Select the time slot the individual would like to fill. Set the duration they would like to pray for & the correct repeat option (daily/weekly/never). Add their name and email, or your own if they don’t have an email. Press “Book”, then “Finish.”
Yes. Slots appear anonymously to general users, but prayer room administrators will see your details. To book an anonymous slot, select the time you would like to pray. Tick “Pray Anonymously?” in the pop up that appears. Select “Book.” Press “Finish.”
Yes. Click the slot you would like to book exclusively. Tick “Book Room Exclusively.” Press the Red “Book” button. To return to the booking sheet press the red “Finish” button.
A themed slot is one with a specific focus. The theme will be indicated by colour and title on the prayer room signup sheet. To book a themed slot click on the time with the theme colour you hope to pray for. Choose the duration you would like to pray for. Click “Book.” click “Finish.”
If the slot is not booked for exclusive use, you can book in the same slot. There is no limit to the amount of people who can sign up to a slot that is not booked for exclusive use.
The right-hand menu contains a Contact the Prayer Room Organiser button. Click this. Enter your message to the organiser. Click “Send.”
Yes, this could be 12 or 24 hours before your slot. You need to have selected this option in notifications and your prayer room organiser must have chosen to activate reminders.
