Any movement’s long-term sustainability is largely dependent on its purposeful intention to multiply leaders. As the Biblical story unfolds it reveals emphatically each generation’s mandate to raise up and invest in leaders. In line with this 24-7 Prayer views leadership development as one of its key strategic priorities. We are privileged to witness a new wave of exciting and passionate leaders rising up within our movement. The Leadership Pathway is designed to equip emerging leaders – local church leaders, church planters, missionaries, and kingdom entrepreneurs – in theological and spiritual formation, practical leadership skills and the core spiritual DNA of 24-7 Prayer. Our hope is that this ten-month journey will prepare our leaders for the role to which they are called by instilling them with theological foundations, spiritual formation and practical ministry training. We view our content and learning method as a core curriculum for emerging 24-7 prayer leaders believing it will impart deep alignment to our vision, values and leadership posture.
