Travel

The event will take place at Abbeyhill Baptist Church, 22 Elgin Terrace, Edinburgh, EH7 5PB

The closest train station is Edinburgh Waverley where you can walk to Abbeyhill in 20 minutes or you can catch the 35 or the 1 from Scott Monument down to Brunswick Road.

Parking:

Due to limited on street parking in and around the church, if you are physically able we would encourage you to use the park and ride system in Edinburgh. If you are coming from the North or the West you could park at Ingliston Park & Ride and get the tram to the McDonald Stop, after this the church is a 5 minute walk away.

About

The Scotland Gathering 2026 will take place in Abbeyhill Baptist Church, 22 Elgin Terrace, Edinburgh, EH7 5PB. We are so excited to gather here in Scotland once again. The 24-7 Prayer Scotland National Gathering is a day of connection, prayer, worship, learning, story-telling food and celebration as we gather from across Scotland. Whether you are new to 24-7 Prayer or you have been around since the beginning, we’d love to invite you to join us.

Session 1: Worship and Storytelling from the movement in Scotland: 10:30-12:30

Lunch: 12:30-1:30

Seminars: 1:30-2:30

Session 2: Stories from the movement : 2:30-3

Session 3: Worship and Prayer for Scotland: 3:00-4:00

After the gathering: A time for Connection

After the gathering we’d love to invite you to stay around. We will have more tea and coffee, cold drinks and a chance to spend some time together. The church is close to a number of take aways so we will also invite you to go and pick up something to eat and bring it back to the church for some extended time of fellowship.

It’s a sell out!

We would like to update you that we no longer have any in person tickets available. However, thanks to our incredible hosts we will be able to provide a live stream for the morning for those who would have liked to be with us. You can sign up for this here: https://247prayerscotland.churchsuite.com/events/gicfbb6k and if you’d still like to join us in person please email [email protected] and we will add you to our waitlist.

Our theme this year is to stoke the fire. To reflect and celebrate what we are seeing God do across Scotland while committing to continuing to go and pursue lives built on prayer, mission and justice.

If you are coming, we need your help! We need your stories and memories 24-7 Prayer, specifically here in Scotland! Preferably your memories of 24-7 Prayer in your own local context in the form of pictures or maybe you would like to share a poem or a drawing. It just needs to be something we can easily hang up with string and pegs if possible. You may send it to us at [email protected] or bring it with you on the day.

If you have any accessibility requirements please do let us know.

We are looking forward to welcoming you to the 24-7 Prayer Scotland National Gathering 2026.
