The Key Leaders’ Sessions will be held in Belfast.
George Best Belfast City Airport just an ten minute drive from our venue, Belfast International Airport just a 30 minute drive and Dublin Airport 90 minutes away.
Central Church is within walking distance of both Belfast’s city centre train stations. There are eight daily Enterprise rail services connecting Belfast Lanyon Place Station and Dublin Connolly Station.
Our venue is in a prime location for visitors arriving by bus. The two city centre bus stations are a short walk from the venue and there is a Translink Glider stop right outside. The Aircoach bus service connects Belfast with Dublin Airport and Dublin City Centre, operating over 10 daily routes.
Please note the Key Leaders venue is different to the Gathering Venue.

The address for the Key Leaders Sessions is: Central Church, 13-15 May St, Belfast BT1 4NA. Please note, this is a different venue from where the main Gathering is being held.
This is an invite-only event. If there is someone who you would like to be invited, please reach out to us at [email protected].
Yes, you will also need to book a ticket to the Gathering.
This year we are asking you to make your own accommodation arrangements rather than our events team managing these. However, you can invoice us for accommodation costs for the nights of 27th and 28th October. If you are coming from further afield and need to stay on the night of the 26th then please do let us know; we can reimburse you for that night’s accommodation but would need to know about this in advance. The 24-7 International staff team will be staying in the Moxy Hotel. We have additional rooms reserved there from Monday 26th October until Sunday 1st November that you can book. If you do wish to book into this hotel you can secure rooms at a rate of £210/night (single room) or £220/night (double room) by following the link in the email you were sent.
If you do have family or additional guests / team with you, then we would love for them to join us for any meals and social times, as well as the Leaders’ Morning. However, we ask that they do not attend the Key Leaders’ Sessions unless specifically invited.
Like last year, after lunch on Wednesday 28th October we will split into various streams, including Community Leaders, National Prayer Leaders and Order of the Mustard Seed. There will be some additional leaders who join us for this stage of the event to who will receive a separate invite. Dinner will be provided again that evening and we will be joined by a third group of wider leaders. We will then have some further teaching sessions for our Leaders’ Morning on Thursday 29th October before the Gathering officially begins.

We would like to invite you to our pre gathering meeting for a small number of key leaders in the movement starting on Tuesday 27th October. This will be a time to share stories, worship and pray together as well as discussing some of the key issues in the movement at this time and ahead of us.
We are making this time invite only to a limited number of specific leaders so if you are unable to make it then you can suggest someone to stand in for you but we would need to agree before they can be invited. We also ask that you don’t bring anyone to this meeting who doesn’t have an invite from us already.
You have a period of 14 (fourteen) working days in which you may cancel your booking, starting from the day after the day you receive the email acknowledgement of event tickets. Working days means that Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are not included in this period. Email [email protected]
