Travel

The event will take place in Skopje city centre at: United Methodist Church, Debarca 9, Skopje 1000, North Macedonia

Accommodation has been arranged at Hotel Skopje City Center, Vasil Iljoski 5, Skopje 1000, North Macedonia

Travelling by Plane:

We recommend flying into Skopje International Airport.

Skopje does have direct flights to many European destinations. However, we appreciate for some of you this will involve a stopover somewhere; we have sought to factor this in by offering accommodation from Weds 25th February – Sat 28th February so that you have a full day either side of the event for travelling. Popular locations for layovers include Frankfurt, Istanbul, Vienna and Zurich.

For some it may be more convenient to fly into Pristina (Kosovo), which is a 90 minute drive from Skopje. The border crossing is simple and taxis to Skopje cost approximately €80.

Getting to the Hotel from the Airport:

Once in Skopje it possible to catch the airport shuttle into the city centre where the hotel is located.

Alternatively, taxis into the city cost €20-25. Uber is not available in Skopje, but the taxi drivers found at the taxi rank usually operate on a fixed rate.

Or, if you are feeling more adventurous and would like to get around like a local, you can check out Avant2Go electric vehicle hire options. Unlike traditional car hire, you can locate the vehicles using the Avant2Go app and only pay for the time actually spent driving the vehicle.

Getting around the City:

It will be possible to walk between all the event venues. However, should you need to get a taxi, Skopje has a couple of ride-hailing apps: BeeRide and Wizi. Alternatively, regular metred taxis are easy to locate in the city and very affordable.

FAQs

Where should I stay?

If you would like to stay at the Hotel Skopje City Center, please book a ticket type that includes accommodation. We are able to offer double rooms, twin rooms and single rooms. Please note, single rooms do cost extra.

When does Euroleaders 2026 start and finish?

Under 18s are welcome to join us for Euroleaders, however we do not have any childcare services or youth programme. Please book the Child ticket if you will be bringing a child that will not require a hotel bed. If you are bringing a child who will require full food and board, please book a Full Event ticket. If you require a cot in your hotel room please contact [email protected] to let us know.

I'd like to know more about the 'Twin / Double Room' ticket.

Full Event Ticket - Twin/ Double Room: please select this ticket type if you would like to share a room at the hotel. It will be possible to name the person you would like to share with when you book on. Please note, this is a per person ticket type so you both must book on. If you don't know who you will share with, you can still select this ticket type and we will assign you to a room with another leader of the same sex. For both of these, it is possible to select the 'Donation' option which is the equivalent of covering your accommodation costs for those that can afford to do so. There is no pressure to book this ticket type but any donation is much appreciated in helping us subsidise the standard ticket cost.

I'd like to know more about the 'Single Room' ticket.

About

UPDATE: PLEASE NOTE, WE ARE NOW AT CAPACITY AT OUR HOTEL SO IT IS NO LONGER POSSIBLE TO BOOK A TICKET THAT INCLUDES ACCOMMODATION. YOU CAN STILL ATTEND THE EVENT BUT WILL HAVE TO BOOK THE ‘WITHOUT ACCOMMODATION’ TICKET AND MAKE YOUR OWN ACCOMMODATION ARRANGEMENTS.

Our annual Euroleaders gathering is an opportunity for leaders within the 24-7 Prayer movement across Europe (and sometimes beyond!) to be together. It is a key time to connect as a family and movement as we learn from one another, receive encouragement and have fun! This is an intentional space for cross-pollination, where we get to share stories, hear from the margins, make and maintain connection.

Where: Skopje, North Macedonia

When: Thursday 26th – Friday 27th February

Euroleaders will start on Thursday morning and finish on Friday evening. We are expecting most people to arrive on Wednesday evening, and will be holding a small social gathering that evening.

This year we have made a group booking at a hotel in Skopje; accommodation is included in most ticket types, along with breakfast and dinner, and we have heavily subsidised the ticket prices in order to ensure the event is accessible to leaders.

Context:

It’s been particularly encouraging to see this event grow over the last few years and many new communities have found it a great space to connect to the movement. One side effect to this growth however is that we have been less able to use Euroleaders strategically as an intentional space where our key leaders are equipped and developed.

To facilitate the growth and continue our commitment to develop leaders across Europe we have decided the following developments:

  • We have moved Euroleaders to mainland Europe for 2026.
  • We will narrow the focus of Euroleaders to allow us to focus more intentionally on leadership input and development.  This will mean we will tighten the invitation list to Euroleaders targeting mainly our Community Leaders, National Prayer Directors, Prayer Spaces in Schools leaders and other key leaders in these teams from across the continent.  Practically, this will mean we will invite the leaders of our 24-7 Communities that are fully ‘Commissioned’ or in the ‘Key Conversation’ stage of their Welcome Process, offering each at least 2 spaces to attend.

We’d really encourage you to prioritise coming to our 2026 Euroleaders gathering along with your team.
