We recommend flying into Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport. Madrid has direct flights to many European destinations so we expect most people will be able to arrive at the venue before dinner on the first evening. Similarly, we expect most people will be able to get home on Saturday if they leave at 12.30 after the last session.
If you would like to stay at the Centro de Congresos Fray Luis de León where the meetings are being held, please book a ticket type that includes accommodation. We are able to offer double rooms, twin rooms and triple rooms from 25th to 27th February.
Euroleaders 2027 will officially start on the evening of Thursday 25th February. The first main session will take place after dinner at 20:00 that evening. It will end before lunch at 12:30 on Saturday 27th February.
Under 18s are welcome to join us for Euroleaders, however we do not have any childcare services or youth programme. Please book the Child ticket if you will be bringing a child that will not require a hotel bed. If you are bringing a child who will require full food and board, please book a Full Event ticket. If you require a cot in your hotel room please contact [email protected] to let us know.
Full Event Ticket - Twin / Double / Triple Room: please select this ticket type if you would like to share a room at the hotel. It will be possible to name the person(s) you would like to share with when you book on. Please note, this is a per person ticket type. If you don't know who you will share with, you can still select this ticket type and we will assign you to a room with another leader(s) of the same sex.
We are prioritising shared rooms to ensure as many people as possible can attend the event. However if you have a medical condition or other reason that sharing a room is not possible for you, please contact us to discuss single room options.
Full Event Ticket - Without Accommodation: please select this ticket type if you do not wish to stay at the Centro de Congresos Fray Luis de León. Food is still included.
Tickets are available at standard and bursary price. Bursary tickets are available for those who would not otherwise be able to attend the event, so please select this option if you cannot afford the standard ticket price. We understand that even with the bursary price, the event may still be unaffordable for some and do have a support fund available to help cover tickets and travel. Euroleaders does run at a loss. We believe it is a very worthwhile investment in our leaders but would appreciate any donations as these allow us to make bursary support available to those leaders who may not be able to afford to attend the event. There is a donate option during the checkout process.
Accommodation is only reserved for two nights from 25th-27th February. You will need to arrange any additional nights you require independently. Unfortunately, this is not something the 24-7 Prayer events team will be able to help with.
Each team/community will be offered only two spaces to attend; please prayerfully consider who from your team would most benefit from Euroleaders attendance.

Our annual Euroleaders gathering is an opportunity for leaders within the 24-7 Prayer movement across Europe (and sometimes beyond!) to be together. It is a key time to connect as a family and movement as we learn from one another, receive encouragement and have fun! This is an intentional space for cross-pollination, where we get to share stories, hear from the margins, make and maintain connection.

Euroleaders will start on Thursday evening and finish on Saturday afternoon.
This year we will be in a retreat centre with all accommodation, meals and meetings at the same location. Tickets include accommodation, event attendance and meals.
Context:
It’s been particularly encouraging to see this event grow over the last few years and many new communities have found it a great space to connect to the movement. In order to continue to facilitate this connection, while maintaining the event as an intentional space where our key leaders are equipped and developed, we have narrowed the invitation list to Euroleaders, targeting mainly National Prayer Directors, Order of the Mustard Seed and Prayer Spaces in Schools leaders, and Community Networks Leaders from communities that are either commissioned or at the key conversation stage. In order to ensure good representation across these groups, each team will be offered only two spaces to attend; please prayerfully consider who from your team would most benefit from Euroleaders attendance.
In 2026 we hosted Euroleaders on mainland Europe for the first time. It was wonderful to be in Skopje, North Macedonia together and we were really glad to be able to offer heavily subsidised tickets. We believe the event is a highly worthwhile investment in our leaders and will continue to run it at a financial loss. However the subsidies offered in 2026 were a one-off, aimed at helping make the transition to this new rhythm easier and offsetting the high travel costs many incurred. Going forward we have had to return ticket prices to pre-2026 levels, but will seek to ensure this continues to include accommodation, event attendance and meals.
