Malaysia warmly welcomes visitors with one of the most accessible visa policies in the region:

  • Visa-Free Entry: Citizens of many countries can enter Malaysia without a visa for stays up to 90 days.
  • Visa on Arrival: Available for select nationalities.
  • eVisa: Simple online application process for eligible countries.

Important: While entry is straightforward for many, we recommend checking the official Malaysian Immigration Department website (www.imi.gov.my) for the most current requirements specific to your nationality.

Kuala Lumpur offers visitors a blend of modern convenience and excellent value for money, making it an incredibly budget-friendly destination.

• E-Wallets: Cashless Convenience

  • Malaysia has embraced digital payments, making your stay hassle-free:
    • Popular e-wallets: Touch ‘n Go, Grab Pay, Boost (Download these Apps)

About

The Asia Gathering 2024 marks a momentous occasion as we join the global 24-7 Prayer Community in celebrating 25 years of unceasing prayer. As we reflect on this remarkable journey, we also look forward to the future, envisioning how God continues to weave us into his grand tapestry of love across the world.

Our theme, “Tapestry of Love: Weaving Asia’s Future with Ancient Threads of Prayer”, embodies the essence of unity in diversity. We believe this unity is crucial for the awakening the Holy Spirit is kindling worldwide. Each of us contributes a unique thread, spanning languages, cultures, and traditions, to create a magnificent tapestry worthy of heaven itself.

The Asian program promises a vibrant and engaging experience that honours the global 24-7 Prayer movement while showcasing Asia’s rich cultural heritage and its pivotal role in the future of global Christianity.

As we gather, we’re inspired by the words of Colossians 2:2-3 (MSG): “I want you woven into a tapestry of love, in touch with everything there is to know of God. Then you will have minds confident and at rest, focused on Christ, God’s great mystery. All the richest treasures of wisdom and knowledge are embedded in that mystery and nowhere else.” Join us as we weave together our prayers, our cultures, and our love for God into a stunning tapestry that spans continents and generations.

Why Kuala Lumpur?

We’re thrilled to announce that the 24-7 Prayer Malaysia team is once again hosting The Asian Gathering ’24 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia’s vibrant capital. This dynamic city truly embodies its tourism slogan, “Malaysia, Truly Asia,” offering a rich tapestry of cultures, cuisines, and experiences.

Malaysia is home to three 24-7 Houses of Prayer:

1. Kuala Lumpur: Our gathering’s location and the nation’s bustling capital

2. Putrajaya: The administrative capital of Malaysia

3. Malacca: A historic port city that played a pivotal role in launching pioneering missionary movements across Asia.
