Refund Policy

Refunds for events

You have a period of 14 (fourteen) working days in which you may cancel your booking, starting from the day after the day you receive the email acknowledgement of event tickets. 

Working days means that Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are not included in this period. Email


At 24-7 Prayer we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. However if you need to return an item please read the following: 

Defective items:

You can return items if they are defective. Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. Please see ‘To return an item’ below for details of how to return defective items to us.

Delivery charges:

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you.

To return an item:

To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories. Then send the package to the address below:

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancelling an item:

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, consumers have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of goods (within seven working days of delivery – provided they are then returned to us in their unopened form).

To cancel this contract, please write a letter giving the reason for cancelling within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. Once we have processed the cancellation, you will have your payment returned.

Please package the relevant item securely and send it with the cancellation letter to: 24-7 Prayer, PO Box 1563 Woking, GU21 6BG

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.


If you have made an error in your one-off donation or if you change your mind about wishing to donate to 24-7 Prayer, we will refund your donation provided that you contact us within 7 days of the donation being made. Your refund will be credited to the card from which it was taken.

To request a refund, please email us with your name and address and the donation amount that you would like refunded.

If you become aware that your card has been used fraudulently, please contact your card provider.

Donations made by Direct Debit are covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee. This policy complies with the guidelines set out by the Institute of Fundraising.
