A Culture of Prayer is hosted by 24-7 Prayer, a global prayer movement that has spent more than 25 years helping people, churches, communities, and organisations encounter God and build sustainable rhythms of prayer.
From prayer rooms and local churches to global resources like Lectio 365, 24-7 Prayer exists to help people pray – wherever they are, whenever they are. This course brings that experience together in a practical resource for leadership teams who want prayer to shape how they lead.

Across five sessions, your team will explore the theology of prayer and leadership, and four practical pillars for cultivating a culture of prayer:

Gather your leadership team (elders, staff, trustees, senior team), choose a rhythm that works (weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or a retreat day), and commit to one simple practice per session. You don’t need a trained facilitator – just one person to host the sessions.
