...from the 24-7 batcave: new faces and ridiculous hats @ the Int'l office

Published: November 28th, 2005

There have been a number of changes here at the 24-7 International Office in Chichester, England...

Sadly, 24-7's resources supremo Andy Stehrenburger (Stez) left us in February to become a magazine editor, and Phil Baldwin, who latterly ran the UK prayer-room support left us in June to get married and take up a position with the Chistian Socialist Movement. Both of these guys played very key roles in 24-7, we continue to love them lots and they're sorely missed!

However, we've got a fantastic new mix of people who've joined the team, and so, without further adooooo, here's a quick run down of our new stars...

Charlotte and Smiles
Charlotte New has taken on much of Stez's previous role, and joins 24-7 as our Merchandise Coordinator.  So, if you've got a query about books, clothing, resources, CDs etc., she's your gal!

Sarah Miles, aka Smiles, has joined us a day a week to help Charlotte out with the orders we process from Chichester, as well as looking after some of our supporter processes.

Helen Monkton has joined the office team for a day a week, and is currently looking after our Gift Aid (tax) reclaim, a fairly thankless task, but one which will keep us afloat financially!

Every time Helen comes in to the office she has some wonderful tasty cake or baked treat for us. Jackpot! Thank you Helen!

Barry Hall
Barry Hall has joined Linda Warwick to work on our website journalism, and between them they produce most of the content on the main 24-7 Prayer website.

Another newsletter is also in the pipeline, and they are working to coordinate an international team of writers who have a passion for God and telling His stories from all over the world. (if you are interested in that, email Linda here)

Christian Cheesman
Christian Cheesman continues to do most of 24-7's design work, and works for us on a consultancy basis one day a week.
Tom Ellaby
Tom Ellaby is also with us for two days a week, helping with the accounts and making sure that everyone stays on task.
