24-7 Girl Caught in Asia quake

Kim Hughes of 24-7 Canada is in Thailand right now working with YWAM and called us to share some frontline prayer requests about the tsunamis' aftermath: Kim (see pic right) and her team were on the Eastern side of Thailand when the earthquake hit and felt the 9.0 magnitude earthquake early on Sunday morning. However they were away from any direct impact from the tsunami.  Kim reports that information is hard to come by at the moment and the internet cafe's provide the only news coverage they can get.  The scale of the disaster is, she says, 'slowly sinking in, causing much fear about more quakes and killer waves.'
 
Some of you may be also wondering about Resa Guiterrez (International Boiler Rooms) and Krister Daven (24-7 Sweden) who are also in Thailand on their extended honeymoon - thankfully both are fine, as they're in Chiang Mai, northern Thailand and the devastation was on the south coast.
