The closest airport is Vienna International. To get into town you can jump on the Railjet one stop to Wien Hauptbanhof.
From Wien Hauptbanhof (Vienna Main Railway Station), take the U1 two stops to Wien Karlplatz where it is a short 6 minute walk.
For travelling around central Vienna you can use the WienMobil app to buy tickets and also get live transport information.
If you don’t have access to the app you can buy the 7 day ticket online in advance here.
Worth noting: the 7 day ticket has the same Price (17€) as the 72 hour ticket – so it’s worth buying the 7 day. This can be used for all public transport in the city.
You’ll need to buy a separate ticket to travel from the Airport to the main station (Hauptbahnhof).

During this session we will be led by our friends at Loretto as we join their meeting. This is part of our programme and a real honour to be part of. We will be hearing about the story of the two disciples walking to Emmaus (Luke 24).
The Loretto community is a Catholic movement spreading across Austria, Germany, Switzerland and Northern Italy. Loretto mainly focuses on running open prayer groups for young adults, festivals at Pentecost and discipleship training schools for the Catholic context. There are around 800 people within the community (lay people as well as ordained priests) that meet in about 100 house groups on a regular basis. A total of between 10.000 and 20.000 people attend their various ministries every year. Loretto is in contact with the Dicastery for Laity of the Holy See as they are spreading internationally.
The spiritual roots of Loretto trace back to the ongoing events in Medjugorje . Apart from that Loretto has been influenced by and is partnering with a number of other groups and movements such as YWAM, HTB in London, 24-7 Prayer or Encounter Ministries.

We are really excited to be heading back to the beautiful city of Vienna for our European Gathering this year. Our movement has spread throughout the globe, and so this opportunity to connect, learn from one another, and discern what God is doing in us and in the world is so vital and always so encouraging.
This will be the third time that we are gathering in Vienna. Each time we’ve been held a Gathering there in the past, it has marked a significant pivot point in the 24-7 Prayer story. We are full of expectation for what God will say to us this year.
You’ve been invited to join us a day early as we gather together as Leaders, listen to the Lord, and receive quality teaching. More details on content, contributors and everything else you need to know will be released in time. For now – book your tickets and join us for the Leaders’ Day on Wednesday 25th – Thursday 26th October, followed by the Gathering 26th – 29th October.
Please note this is an invite only event, so please don’t share this page with your community. Tickets for the main Gathering will be released on the 17th of April – that’s when to start spreading the word.
You have a period of 14 (fourteen) working days in which you may cancel your booking, starting from the day after the day you receive the email acknowledgement of event tickets. Working days means that Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are not included in this period. Email events@24-7prayer.com
