Tafadzwa Tamba—affectionately known as Taffie—serves as the Academy Lead for the 24-7 Academy. Passionate about discipleship and raising up the next generation of leaders, she carries a deep heart for prayer and worship, with a particular calling in intercession.
Born and raised in Zimbabwe, Taffie’s spiritual journey was shaped in her home country before working as a Social worker in the UK and then serving with YWAM in Australia and Papua New Guinea, where she led Discipleship Training Schools for nine years. With a professional background as a social worker and a degree in Psychology and Clinical Social Work, she has long been committed to walking alongside the marginalised, empowering young people, and helping others discover their identity in Christ.
Beyond ministry, Taffie loves gathering with friends and family over meals she has cooked or baked goods she has made whilst enjoying the warmth of community. You might also find her in a cosy coffee shop, or outdoors soaking up creation—especially in wide open fields or near water on a sunny day.
