Welcome to the Admin 24-7 Prayer Sign Up Tool FAQ’s. This page is here to help you edit and update your prayer room calendar.

HOW DO I SEE MY REGISTERED PRAYER ROOMS?

Log into “My 24-7.” Select “My Prayer Rooms”. Register a new prayer room or edit the existing rooms you have listed. 


CAN I EDIT MY PRAYER GROUPS DETAILS? 

Yes. Log into “My 24-7.” Select “My Prayer Rooms”. Click “Manage Prayer Rooms”, and then select “Edit Prayer Group Details”. Make any changes you need to your:

  • Group Name
  • Email Address
  • Web Site
  • Contact Name
  • Denomination
  • Country

Scroll down and click “Save Changes”.


CAN I ADD AN ADMINISTRATOR? 

Yes. Log into “My 24-7.” Select “My Prayer Rooms”. Click “Manage Prayer Rooms”, and then select “Manage Admins”. Enter the email address of the person you would like to add and “Invite New Admin”.


HOW DO I EDIT MY PRAYER ROOM DATE/TIME? 

Log into “My 24-7.” Select “My Prayer Rooms”. Click “Manage Prayer Rooms”, and then select “Edit prayer room details”. Scroll down to start/end date and time and make the changes you need. Tick the confirmation box once you have edited the times to confirm that you understand “I that by changing the start and end times of my prayer room, some prayer slots may be removed. I agree to contact those affected.” Scroll down and “Update Prayer Room”. 


CAN I CHANGE MY PRAYER ROOM TIME ZONE?

Yes. Log into “My 24-7.” Select “My Prayer Rooms”. Click “Manage Prayer Rooms”, and then select “Edit prayer room details”. Select the drop down under “What time zone is your prayer room in?” and select the time zone you need. Scroll down and click “Update Prayer Room”.


HOW DO I CREATE A THEME?

When you are logged in as the prayer room administrator, select the Cog Icon that appears on the top right of the page between “my bookings” and “admin”. Select “Themes”. Click into the colour you would like your theme to be and type the theme name eg. Local Schools or Corporate Prayer. You can set up to 6 themes. Click “Done”. 


HOW DO I SET A THEMED SLOT?

Make sure you are logged in as the prayer room administrator. (If you haven’t set your themes make sure to do this first!) 

Select the time slot you would like the theme to run for. Click the Cog Icon in the top right of the pop up. Under “theme”, choose the name of the theme you would like. Choose the duration you would like this theme to run for, and whether you would like it to repeat “daily”, “weekly”, or “never”. Click “Done”. 


HOW DO I BOOK A SLOT FOR SOMEONE ELSE?

Click the time of the slot the person you are booking for would like to pray. Select “Book for someone else”. Add their name and email. If they would like to be anonymous on the sheet tick “Book anonymously”. Click “Book”.


HOW DO I MAKE PRAYER SLOTS UNAVAILABLE?

Select the time of the slot you would like to make unavailable. Click the Cog Icon in the top right of the pop up. Tick “Prayer room unavailable”. Select how long you would like the space to be unavailable for, by clicking the right-hand arrow in “Duration”. Tick “Done”.


HOW DO I SET SLOTS TO BE BOOKED EXCLUSIVELY?

Click the time of the slot you would like to make available for exclusive booking. Click the Cog Icon in the top right of the pop up. Select “Allow exclusive booking”. Click “Done”. 


CAN I BOOK REPEATED SLOTS?

Yes. To book a repeating slot; select the day and time you would like your slot. Select “Repeat Options”. Choose if you want this slot “daily” or “weekly”, a red tick will appear by your selected option. Click “Okay”. Press “Book” to save. 


HOW DO I DELETE A SLOT?

Click the name of the person who doesn’t wish to pray any more. Click “edit”, next to their name in the pop up. Select the red “Delete” button. Click “Finish”.


CAN I CHANGE BOOKINGS TO 0.5 HOUR OR 2 HOUR SLOTS?

Yes. To adjust the length of prayer slots, click the Cog Icon in the top right of the screen. The second drop down “Allow slots to be viewed and booked in multiples of” is a drop-down menu. Select the slot length you would like people to book for; this could be 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, or 6 hours. Click “Done”.


CAN I SHOW MORE THAN ONE WEEK ON A PAGE?

The prayer calendar can only show 7 days at one time, use the white arrows at the top of the calendar to scroll to the next week. If you are running your room for over a week encourage people to sign up using a repeating slot each week. 


CAN I ADD A MESSAGE INTO THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL PEOPLE RECEIVE WHEN THEY BOOK A SLOT?

Yes. To add a message into the confirmation email, go to the Cog Icon in the top right of the screen. Choose “messages” in the tab menu. Insert the message you would like to send out to those praying into the top grey box. Click “Done”.


CAN I SEND REMINDER EMAILS TO THOSE WHO HAVE BOOKED TO PRAY?

Yes. To send reminder emails, go to the Cog Icon in the top right of the screen. Choose “messages” in the tab menu. Choose how many reminder emails you would like to send and when you would like these to be sent – those you have selected will have a red tick next to them. You can send a reminder 1 hour, 12 hours, 24 hours, and a week before a person’s slot. 

Insert the message you would like to send out to remind those praying into the bottom grey box. Click “Done”.


CAN I CHANGE MY NOTIFICATION SETTINGS?

Yes. Click the “Admin” icon top left of the sign-up screen. Select “My Notifications”. Click the red ticks to deselect the notifications you do not wish to receive. You will receive a notification for each of the statements you have selected with a red tick. Press “Save”.


CAN I ACCESS THE DETAILS OF EVERYONE WHO HAS BOOKED TO PRAY?

Yes. To access details, go to the Cog Icon in the top right of the screen. Choose “export” in the tab menu. Click “Download” to access a CSV file with details. Please note that you are downloading sensitive personal data, which must be deleted after you have finished running your prayer room.
