The Vision Poem:

Due to popular demand the Vision Poem that came out of the first Prayer room in the UK has been made in to a Poster. This Poem has captured the hearts of many as its traveled the Internet breathing life and passion into many churches and community’s.

Written by Pete Greig in 1999, and expanded upon in the book The Vision & Vow the vision poem is still just as challenging now, as it was when it first leapt from the graffitied walls in Chichester.

Many people have been inspired by the 24-7Prayer movement, gathering people to prayer without ceasing. The 6 Boiler room practices created by Andy Freeman are the foundations to any 24-7 community / Boiler room. Inspired by the book Red Moon Rising and Punk Monk 24-7 communities have found there own ways of being more like Jesus is our culture.
