“Europe… without possibility of question is the most challenging missionary frontier of our time.” Bishop Lesslie Newbigin
“Together, as a movement, we will ‘put down a marker’ for Europe. The next ten years are going to be challenging and require renewed focus and sacrificial commitment. But I believe that the kingdom of God will advance in this continent through prayer, renewal within the church and pioneer mission.” Ian Nicholson, 24-7 Prayer
Europe is the only continent on earth where the Church is in decline. The Body of Christ is shrinking within nations that are being shaken by political scandal, economic crisis and gross injustices like the buying and selling of people. For the vast majority of Europe’s young people, Christianity is no longer a relevant option: as a society we’re been there, done that, bought the fair trade T-Shirt. People have experienced just enough Christian religion to be vaccinated from the true Jesus virus.
“Stand with us wherever you are in the world and lets pray together. Let’s pray for revival, lets pray for God to move in Europe, lets pray for God to get hold of hearts, lets pray for new leaders to be raised up in every field of society. We have an opportunity, let's gather together and seize it!” Pete Greig
