Ticket Information

How to Register

To register for Magnify: 24-7 Prayer’s International Gathering you must purchase a ticket online in the 24-7 Shop.

Please note: Confirmation of purchase will be sent via email from the 24-7 Shop.  This confirmation is your e-ticket; no paper tickets or confirmation will be sent.  Please print and bring a copy to the gathering.  If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact magnify@24-7prayer.com to check your purchase has been processed.

Registration/Ticket Price

Ticket prices are divided into four categories: European residents, non-European residents, 13 to 16 year olds and 0 - 12 year olds.

Registration/Ticket Entitlements

The ticket price for delegates includes: access to the conference main meetings, seminars, information packs and evening activities.  It does not include accommodation this must be purchased separately.  Tea, coffee and cold drinks will also be provided during certain breaks but food is not included.  Please note: that there will not be a separate programme for those attending under the age of 16 but we aim to be inclusive and we hope all ages will enjoy the programme.  There will be a creche with a video feed from the main meetings available for parents with small children.

Carbon Offsetting

24-7 offers all delegates the opportunity to offset the carbon footprint created traveling to the gathering.  All proceeds go directly towards planting trees in Tanzania in a community regeneration project led by Byron and Lisa Borden.

Refunds

Refunds on Magnify tickets will only be issued if:

Tickets can be transferred to another delegate if 24-7 Prayer is notified in writing by the 1st September 2010. No transfers will be accepted after this date.

Accommodation

24-7 Prayer has reserved a limited number of spaces in an Edinburgh Hostel and is offering them for sale through the 24-7 Shop.  Only same sex dorm rooms are available though 24-7 is willing to consider family dorm rooms on request.  No refunds will be offered on Hostel places.  Places can be transferred to delegates of the same gender if notification in writing is given to 24-7 Prayer by the 1st of September 2010.  No transfers will be accepted after this date.

24-7 Prayer is able to recommend accommodation close to the venue on request and churches in Edinburgh are offering to find host families for delegates on an application and first come, first placed basis.  24-7 Prayer cannot guarantee placement within a Christian household as space is limited. Please note application does not guarantee space. You should consider placement confirmed only when you receive a specific, separate written confirmation of that placement.

Audio and Visual Records of the Gathering

24-7 Prayer reserves the right to take audio and visual records (including though not limited to video, audio recording and photography) of the gathering.  If delegates do not wish to have their image captured they are invited to sit in the balcony area of St Paul’s & St George’s Church.  24-7 Prayer also reserves the right to broadcast small portions of the gathering online.  In the event that this happens the video content will be limited to the stage area.

Letters of Invitation

Letters of invitation to apply for visas will only be issued once tickets have been purchased.  Please email the event team to request a letter. 

Cancellation of the Conference

In the unlikely event that the Conference cannot be held, is cancelled or is postponed for any reason, delegates will be entitled to repayment of paid registration fees only. 24-7 Prayer will not be liable for any loss, claim, damage or demand of any nature whatsoever, including, without limiting the generality of the a foregoing, any transportation costs and accommodation costs expended and the delegates indemnify the Conference Secretariat accordingly.
