24-7 Prayer has secured an amazing venue on the banks of the river Main in central Frankfurt where we will gather together. The jugendherberge (youth hostel) is where we will meet and also where we hope to accommodate most people.  Taking advantage of the onsite restaurant facilities means that we’re keeping the cost to a minimum in order to get as many people there as we possibly can. This also means we get to spend more time together and less time traversing the city!

How to Register

To register for Aufstehen: 24-7 Prayer's Eurogathering you must purchase a ticket online in the 24-7 Shop.

Ticket Prices and Conditions

All Inclusive Tickets (available for booking until 1st July 2011)

The majority of guests will be roomed in single sex dormitories (8-12 beds) and simple 4 bed rooms.
Inclusive price: £120 per person. (£30 discount for under 16's*)

'All Inclusive' price includes:

    3 nights accommodation at the Youth Hostel (18th, 19th, 20th Oct)
    3 x Breakfasts.
    2 x Main meals
    Entrance to the gathering

Gathering Only Weekend Tickets: £60 (Under 16’s free)

For those content to book their accommodation independently, 'Gathering Only' tickets include admission to all 4 days. Under 16's are free of charge when accompanied by an adult and tickets must be booked through the 24-7 Shop.

Great value accommodation at the venue can be booked through the Youth Hostel website(jugendherberge). Please mention 24-7 Prayer when booking your room.

Refunds

Refunds on Aufstehen tickets will only be issued if:
1.    24-7 Prayer cancels the event
2.    The delegate notifies 24-7 Prayer in writing that they need to cancel their ticket before the 6th September 2012.  Refunds will not be given after that date.
Tickets can be transferred to another delegate if 24-7 Prayer is notified in writing by the 6th September 2012. No transfers will be accepted after this date.

Audio and Visual Records of the Gathering

24-7 Prayer reserves the right to take audio and visual records (including though not limited to video, audio recording and photography) of the gathering.  If delegates do not wish to have their image captured they are invited to sit in the raised seating area of the venue.  24-7 Prayer also reserves the right to broadcast small portions of the gathering online.  In the event that this happens the video content will be limited to the stage area.

Letters of Invitation

Letters of invitation to apply for visas will only be issued once tickets have been purchased.  Please email the event team to request a letter. 

Cancellation of the Conference

In the unlikely event that the Conference cannot be held, is cancelled or is postponed for any reason, delegates will be entitled to repayment of paid registration fees only. 24-7 Prayer will not be liable for any loss, claim, damage or demand of any nature whatsoever, including, without limiting the generality of the a foregoing, any transportation costs and accommodation costs expended and the delegates indemnify the Conference Secretariat accordingly.

Bursary Fund

24-7 Prayer have a limited bursary fund for those unable to afford the ticket price, if you would like to apply for bursary funding please email the team.

Under 16 Discount

Subtract £30 from the inclusive price, (alternatively gathering only tickets are free of charge.) Under 16's must be accompanied by a full paying adult.
Please note: that there will not be a separate programme for those attending under the age of 16 but we aim to be inclusive and we hope all ages will enjoy the programme.
