"....reading the prayers of others written all over the walls was a moving and powerful experience, capturing the heart of the people of God for a new wave of His spirit to crash down in these days. The word 'DESPERATE' spread across the wall encapsulated the prayers of the people for this city. 'Revival Fire Fall' scrawled across another wall in bright reds and oranges. Beneath, several people had scribbled 'start with me'. |

There's so much to pray for it's difficult to know where to begin, but as someone scribbled near the door, 'the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express' (Romans 8: 26) |

One highlight of the week was the visit of a group of about 40 Indians - a tribe of headhunters, completely unreached until a chap converted in the Welsh revival in 1904 followed the call of God to this tribal group, sharing the good news of Christ and seeing 5 tribesmen come to know Jesus.
Less than 100 years later and 98% of this tribe have been transformed from barbaric murderers to worshippers of the Lord. They joined with us in praying fervently for another revival amongst the Welsh people in this generation.

At the end this week of 24-7 prayer, about 70 young people (and one or two older folk!) met in the prayer room. It dawned on us that it was exactly 100 years to the day since a group of 16 young people gathered a few miles down the road and prayed, leading to the amazing outpouring of the spirit of God when an estimated 100,000 people were added to the Kingdom. If only it would happen again in these days. We raised one voice together to the One who is the same yesterday, today and forever.
As you exited this haven of prayer, above the door was the stark reminder that the battlefield looms outside: 'WARNING - Are you ready? As you walk outside they are waiting. The enemy has his own army, armed for attack. They know what's going on here and they're not happy about it. They wait, ready to pounce, ready to bring you down. This is spiritual warfare and you're about to walk straight into the firing range. If you haven't already done it, get back inside and put on the full armour of God (Ephesians 6:11)'

"Thank you for the prayer room." Nathan (age 5) "I came here today with a very heavy heart. Didn't know what to expect to find here, but I found and was given everything I needed to be able to pray for all your children Lord, my Father, my cuddle, my calm heart." |
