Our God is a perfect healer, his amazing love brings healing to every wound. Prayer Rooms provide a sacred place; a simple room is transformed into a gateway between Heaven and Earth as people come to meet with Jesus. In these rooms many find a variety of creative ways to quiet their soul and listen for the whispers of God. People have all sorts of encounters in these times but some of the most amazing we hear are the stories of God physically healing people. The Bible tells us “The Kingdom of God is not of talk but of power” (1 Cor 4:20), it is so exciting to see the power of God move. Here are some stories of God physically healing people during times of prayer from around the World. 

What was God up to in 2011? ….

One of the huge privileges of working at the International 24-7 Prayer office is that you get to see some of what God is doing all over the World, from America to Asia, Heaven is impacting the Earth. Over the next month we would like to share some of the amazing stories we have gathered from 2011. We have split them up into different themes we feel God was highlighting. 
David continually teaches us in Psalms to remember the wondrous works of God, to think on them day and night. We pray that as you read your faith would increase and you would be inspired. He proves Himself again and again to be a God who “is able to do more then we could hope or imagine” (Eph 3:20). Enjoy…..

“One of our elders has been desperate for more of God in his life for a while, but has had a stumbling block.  He has had a really bad knee that he believed God healed years ago, but the pain came back - resulting in some surgery 12 months ago.  He always said, "i want more of God, but what about my knee?". Well we prayed for him for infilling and blessing on Sunday morning (not for the knee).  When he woke up Monday, he realised that his knee wasn’t stiff or sore and that it had been healed without him even asking!! UK

"One 13 year old girl asked for prayer.  She felt like God "dragged" her to the front of the church, and it was a battle for her to get there.  As we prayed for her, we sensed God at work, but weren't really sure what was gong on.  At the end of the service, she said to her Mum, "I didn't know you could feel God inside of you! It was like he was right in my stomach, and all over me!  I thought I was too young for that!" Well, she had been diagnosed with a gluten intolerance that caused her severe stomach pain and restricted her diet. Even though we didn't pray specifically for healing, she has had no stomach pain for 9 days, including the past few days "testing" it with small amounts of wheat (sausage rolls and hotcakes).  Even her cautious, "wait 48 hours test" for any delayed reaction has been fine! She is excited to be taking a normal lunch to school tomorrow for the first time in years!! She's even started telling her school friends God has healed her!" Australia

"What an awesome night. Someone had a prophetic word that someone needed healing in the neck and shoulder. I broke my neck several years ago in a car accident and have had no end of problems with it since. PRAISE GOD it is totally healed now. I felt my neck and right shoulder move as people were praying for me. Totally awesome!!!” Australia
