Trinity Leadership Fractal

24-7 Prayer practices a simple model for supporting every leader within the movement, and for holding one another accountable. We base this model on the gracious relationships within the holy trinity and therefore call it the Trinity Fractal:

The Sponsor (looking to God the Father)

Looking to the example of God the Father, the Sponsor of any aspect of 24-7's work seeks to offer loving guidance, initiative, encouragement, discipline and strategic resources to support the 'Leader' in developing their vision. The Sposnor is the Leader's primary point of contact with the wider 24-7 family.

The Leader (looking to Christ the Son)

Looking to the incarnation of God the Son, the ‘Leader’ is the 'hands-on' pioneer, fleshing out the 24-7 vision and values in a particular situation, and doing so sacrificially and passionately as a servant leader in the context of a team.

The Advisor (looking to God the Holy Spirit)

Looking to the advocacy of God the Holy Spirit the 'Advisor' offers counsel, intercession and empowerment to the Leader, by encouraging and protecting his/her relationship with God and with his/her Sponsor.

This fractal of three-pronged leadership is demonstrated throughout the movement from national teams to individual Boiler Room communities.
